I need some help here - I'm looking for a video editor, or a download for Windows Movie Maker, that is compatible with a wide variety of video files (MPEG-4, OGG, and the like if possible). I'll pay for it if I really have to and the price is reasonable, but I would really prefer a free one. Thanks. :bow:

From my experience, its just like Audacity, but for video.
I was hoping for something a little cheaper, but I might use the free trial. Are there any good add-on packs for WMM, maybe?
Here's a link to a free linear video editor that is pretty powerful for a freebie. Granted, I found it several years ago and haven't used it in a long while. With all the advances in tech it might not be so great anymore, not sure. Should be worth a look at any rate, and hey--it's free. The filters are particularly powerful.
