question about screenshots.

Does anybody know how to access screenshots after they have been taken?

Go to the RTW folder an open the "tgas" folder. There you will find all of your RTW and EB screenshots. In order to view the pictures you'll need a image viewing program such as GIMP or IfranView. They are both free and can be safely downloaded online. You need these programs because you have to convert the screenshot files before you can view them.
