-Cropping only to remove UI (any tiny pictures won't be added to the poll)-Does that include the "Pause" button cropping?
-Please keep the dimensions to a size that fits in the forum screen-If it's too big can I just use spoils?
-Must obey forum rules-What if there is a naked unit in the picture?
Questions added.

- Cutting the pause button out is ok, and some cropping is ok. Just no "wallet-sized" photos.
- I would prefer that it is reduced in scale so that it can be shown in the poll thread. Not required really, its just easier.
- Naked pictures are not allowed on the forum so please no naked units in the poll.

Yeah, I was thinking of entering the competition, but once I saw your screenshot, TWFanatic, I decided it would be pointless.

Re: October Screenshot Competition Submission Thread
TW, very nice. what photoshop filers did you use? I am very intrested becouse i like screenshots.

Re: October Screenshot Competition Submission Thread
Using GIMP, I lightly applied softglow to add the bloom effect and remove jagged edges then darkened the picture with lighting effects. I followed this with a slight desaturation. Not much really.

Re: October Screenshot Competition Submission Thread
TWFanatic and ludwag are tied for best picture, I think.

Re: October Screenshot Competition Submission Thread
Lots of good stuff here, TWFanatic's is my favorite as well- it just became my desktop background!

Maion
P.S.: This is a picture from my ongoing AAR, by the way :-P

Re: October Screenshot Competition Submission Thread
Excellent Maion! You are sure to get a few more readers for your AAR. Btw, did you use the battle cam there?
As a side note, I do think it would look even better if it was cropped less.

Thank you TWFanatic, though I think mine can't be compared to yours for any reason!
I actually didn't edit the picture at all, and yes I used movie cam (thus the greater zooming).

Re: October Screenshot Competition Submission Thread
I think yours is brilliant Maion, I made it my background! I think it shows a real one on one picture that is amazing to capture so brilliantly. I just wish it was a film so I could see the guy running at him lose a limb from the strike his storing in that arm!

Re: October Screenshot Competition Submission Thread
I fiddled with curves and some blur, hope it isn't to much for the rules :/
This is from customgame i played as the Sweboz. The Legionaries faltered everywhere but on that hill, holding out to the last man. my germans pushed them down at least two times, but they alway fought themselves up again. Pretty epic actually, I saved the replay ;P

Impressive, but there are no forts with walls in EB, at least I never saw one. Please tell me where you fought that battle.

What exactly do you mean by that? If you're talking about the earthen rampant, that's just something the Romani get with their fort and all forts have the normal wooden palisades.
