After I uninstalled another mod, there seems to be some files missing: palm_a.cas and some other files from C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\EB\Data\TERRAIN\AERIAL_MAP\TREE_MODELS
reinstalling EB or ALX doesnt help.
Any suggestions?

Palm_a.cas is not supposed to be under that path. Have you tried to run EB?
Yep, an then it says something like: file missing Data\TERRAIN\AERIAL_MAP\TREE_MODELS palm_a.cas
I see. Please note that that is a vanilla file, not under EB. You'll have to install RTW again to get it.
