Has anyone noticed a drop in performance (especially in battles) after applying the patch?
Installed the patch last night and the game plays generally better.
However, scrolling around the campaign map doesn't seem to be as fluid and the battles themselves are slightly jerkier than before.
I've reset all my graphics options and started a new campaign - I'm running the battlefield res at 16*12 (which pre-patch was fine)
Does anyone know if it's possible to change res DURING a campaign? The patch reset all my video options and changing them back doesn't seem to have an effect. It looks like once you set your options and start a campaign you're stuck with those options for the duration of that campaign (if that makes sense)

I agree with you.
Campaign map does not feel as smooth and battle map tends to "jerk" sometimes.
I am sure you can change reso w/o starting a new campaign. My present campaign was started under 800x600 and I switched to 1024x768.
Can't remember if I had to restart computer though.
