I usually write pretty seldom to Forum because I can manage to find the answers between the posts. But last night I ran into a tricky problem: I wanted to add camel units (3) from RTR, but though I consider I followed all the steps in adding a unit (like modifying EDU, EDB, export_units, the tga files, DMB, putting the cas, spr and dds files to their place) I get to have Arab units mounted on horses. Is there any file that EB team modified and took the camels out of the calcul. And if so, why? (I know that I can get an answer like we wanted to, but ....)
I am a historian, although not specialized in Ancient History, and I suppose that there where camel units in those time, at least as mercenary units, if not specially trained by any faction you have so wonderfully recreated. I know about the limitation of the EDU file in RomeTW.exe but I use alex.exe to enhance the nr of units.
