A question on province income???

Why does province income in game on the strategic map not match up with the province income in the Early.txt file in the startpos folder?

I can't fathom how the income's translated, the way they are just now they are much less in the game than the Early.txt file!?

There is some globe multiplier used for balancing the game, we felt there was too much money in the game so we tune everything down, the numbers in startpos are not straigh koku's.

So does that mean the richer factions start gaining less money?

*hopes answer is yes*

You will always get the "correct" amount, the AI will get more or less cash depending on how they are doing compared with the winning faction.
