EB Installation Setup wont load

Hi, i've recently downloaded EB and put it on disc. I've tried it on my other computer, Windows Vista and the Setup wont load up at all. I double click on the EB Setup icon and the setup appears then disappears at the bottom, then nothing happens.:help:

That's a new one. Can you please try to run cmd (using start=>run). Then run the EB installer from there. You can do that by dragging the installer into the window, then pressing enter. You may get an error message that way.
