Restrictions given anywhere else on the forums can be freely ignored by the Princeps. It is your job to make sure your restrictions are clear. The Consul's and the Princeps are free to exploit any loopholes caused by your own vague statements. If you want to make sure you get exactly what you want, the more detail the better.
