I'm in a Makedonia campaing and waiting for the reformed phalagantai so i did go with my spies to italy take a look if the Romans have a royal palace (or whatever name it is) in one of their cities that would trigger the march of time and yes they have. Now the problem is even after a few turns the March of Time is not triggered and got no message of it also, so that's it, does anyone know a solution?
