I haven't really thought about any army so far, I just thought "have to play with Adrian and friends" and then signed up, hoping we could have some fun with some orgahs, turns out most orgahs aren't fun. :stare:
It may be a week or more before they start the Beta and hand out the keys. Don't worry, even after that they will allow more and more players in. I guess we were early birds, so..Quote:

Signed up. Looks like fun, although the idea of a play for free download for free somewhat bugs me.
The "not getting shot in the face repeatedly by a swearing, ultraskilled 15yold boy who plays the game everyday for 8 hours" part kills me each time I watch the video.
They want to make money by, ahem, selling you clothes for your virtual character, microtransactions you know, you either play for free with the little that is free or you buy new stuff for your character, but nothing that gives you a significant gameplay advantage or so.
Now the scary part is that this will probably work as I already saw someone who bought that Santa costume in Playstation Home...

I don't get it... is it like an FPS for people who aren't good at FPS's?
It seems like a superficial cartoon world wouldn't be the best choice if the company is trying to get people so engrossed in the game that they are willing to pay to personalize their characters.

I asked ea about the account, and they said it was a glitch. I never registered and my email never actually was delivered to me... Try logging in with your "accounts" that you signed up with.

I got lucky, and it deleted my BF 2 and 2142 accounts. .... I've been trying to get them back for like 2 weeks now...
