This brings up a good point, I wonder which faction is going to be the 'standard' one. like England in M2TW and Julii on RTW. Anyway, I would very much like to see the 13 Colonies or India, they're entirely new and it would be a great opportunity to introduce new units and building structures, as well as resources.

I voted Prussia. This is their first appearance in a TW game and their infantry achieved legendary status in this era. What better way to preview Linear battle? Deutchland Uber Alles!

Probably. Past standard factions are featured on the front cover of the game e.g. Julii for Rome, English king for Medieval II. Empire: TW seems to have a multi front cover thingy going on depending on which country the game is sold in.Quote:

Well spotted! I guess someone forgot to recolour the background uniforms. Hope that gets sorted out for the retail version of the cover. :laugh4:Quote:

This is a huge error on my part.
Just after voting I realised that I didnt want to spoil the game. In demos I simply want to test the basic without even touching the real deal. This means that the demo hopefully contains some insignificant and uninteresting country... like Great Brittain. Yes, that should do it.

I voted Great Britain and France. I can definetely see a demo for the game involving the two countries. I don't exactly know how though. Maybe toss in United Provinces too.
I dunno about faction but a recreation of the Infamous Shogun demo mission (but with Guns!) would be way cool :2thumbsup:
Needs something like a 2vs3 ship battle too.
definetley 13 colonies. I really want to play as either them or france, idk they both seem cool.
I'm looking forward to see the demo have a land battle between the some obscure German states, and a sea battle between two obsure native American tribes.

I voted Prussia but I'd like to play Austria. I'd like to see cannons or some interesting calvary, then again I'd take anything long as I get.

I think it's almost certain we will get a 13 Colonies v British battle, as that seems to have been in nearly every trailer, and alot of screenshots and wall papers.
I'd like to see something with a little more culture difference to though, like maybe Ottomans vs a Euro faction or Euro's vs India Faction type thing.
