Hi,
I know that these are scripted incursions. I am now at 175BC and I started waiting for them. When will they arrive?
Do you mean these guys?

They spawned there between 175 B.C. and 170 B.C.
That is a massive empire.
Move over, Alexander.
Anyway, what about the Casse invasions? And can anyone direct me to any historical knowledge of the Yuezhi invasions?
I found this but i don't know if it's still correct :inquisitive:Quote:
The Yuezhi Invasion occurs unconditionally in 172 BC. However, the Yuezhi
will be very passive unless the player controls the Saka (pontus), the
Sauromatae (armenia), Baktria (romans_brutii), the Pahlava (parthia), or
the Arche Seleukeia (romans_julii) AND his faction controls Chighu. For an
active invasion, we also need a faction to temporarily take control of Chighu. This faction ought to be located far away from the east end of the map, since
transfer of control away from a faction may have negative effects on the AI's
handling of that faction. These are the Casse (britons), Lusotana (spain), and
the Qarthadastim (egypt).
;So, the Yuezhi will be active if
(1) The player is pontus, armenia, romans_brutii, romans_scipii, parthia
(2) He controls Chighu,
(3) At least one of these factions still exists: spain, britons, egypt.
Aw man, I'm totally screwed then. Had a hard time beating the Saka, and now these guys?!
HOLY MOTHER OF JESUS! THAT'S what I call an Arche, my friend:yes: A balloon for your awesome and unchallenged Arche Makedonia: :balloon:

And the Casse invasion?
I never saw any weird casse invasion though?
I swear I saw a Casse stack spawning every once in awhile near Bagacos or Bratosporios in an old campaign.
Casse invasion should happen when the Casse unite Britain and Ireland.
Though I completely missed that event in my campaign when they conquered the isles.
So I gave them a settlement in Belgica myself.
The casse invasion can be mistaken for normal, aggresive casse stack maybe? there was no noticement for me at all...
But I know the Yuezhi invasion because they are Eleutheroi...

I'm curious how aggressive they are. Are they moving around, attacking?? Or just passive??
Maybe Zett can tell us :)
The Yuezhistacks act like normal rebels, they just sit there and wait. Im playing on m/m so they wont attack cities. The Saka Rauka didnt attack them, cause they have no big army anymore (pherhaps my fault:sweatdrop:). I guess they will just wait there until the Saka or I destroy them.
Well, sure thing is those Sakae have shit their pants big time:2thumbsup:

Oh my God man how did your generals bodyguard get to 1001?!!!!!!!?:inquisitive:
Hell, I didn't even notice that! I'm standing in awe and bow to your awesomeness, Zett:bow:
Maion
:inquisitive:Thats not a 1001, its a 100 and somthing black from his helmet.
HAHAAHA, 1001 bodyguards.. Man, that must have been a battle turning unit. Problems would arrive when the unit would be passing through any city gates. :P
:laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: This made me laugh big time, don't know why I didn't notice this from the start.
Maion
Whoooooops :laugh4::laugh4::laugh4::laugh4::laugh4::oops:
Shure looked like a 1001 to me.
Nice horse horde thoose Yuehzi have:dizzy2: (would like to have one myself:knight:)
It sounds like they are like Hannibal was claimed to be: They seem to be able to win but they probeably couldn't use there victory:laugh4::laugh4::laugh4:
:laugh4:Maybe thats why they were brown pants...:laugh4::laugh4::laugh4::laugh4:
1001 Bodyguards:dizzy2::dizzy2: - now that would have been interresting:idea2:

Sorry but the announcement only tells that it's supposed to be there, not when it happens. Why don't you share your wisdom?
Oops, sorry. :embarassed: :sweatdrop:
Anyways, I took a look at the script:
It goes on but I think that's the important part. However, in my campaign the Casse have united the Isles since roughly 30 years, but I haven't witnessed any invasion so far.Code:;--------------------------------------------------
;Section 8p: Casse Landing
;--------------------------------------------------
;The Casse landing occurs when the Casse AI holds all the British and Irish
;provinces and Bratosporios is held by a different faction, a small fleet
;and army get spawned to involve the Casse in the mainland.

The script mentions something like "CassePort", does that mean they have to build a port to get their invasions running? In Gaul there is a weak Galloroman Empire in my game, I think a storm from the north would liven things up greatly.
Same here, Casse have united Britain and Ireland, but no invasion and no fleet.

Also they are not at war with Averni or Sweboz (one of them holded Bratosporios at the time where the Casse united Britain and Ireland)

The Casse invasion isn't a guarenteed event when all the British Isles are conquered. There is a random chance to it. It may happen, it may not, it may take a couple years.
That means the chance is less than 3%? Every turn or just once they have unified the British Isles?Code:and RandomPercent < 3
Should be every turn...
