What high end units can the Hai access after they have undergone all their reforms? Aside from the Kinsman cavalry the recruitment viewer doesn’t seem to show any such units.
Also does anyone know where you can get a list of what the real bonuses are from each of the government levels (I understand that in the line describing the bonuses sometimes it says “increases trade” even though it does the opposite).
