New EB for BI installer now *fully compatable* with other minimods!

Hello guys! After some furious C# coding, I have created a new EB for BI installer that fully parses all files instead of just copying them. This means that theoretically, it should be compatible with *any minimod for EB*--so long as you run my installer last! You may now select all available options without worrying if it will screw up this mod or that one. It's also faster and somewhat smaller than the previous installer. AND I just integrated the latest permanent fix as of 2009/2/1.
