Happy valentines:yes:
:date: I am taking my pet squirrel Chucky out to dinner. We are going to have acorns and mashed potatoes, and afterward I am going to tuck him into bed. ~:smoking:
~;)
This day is friday, and my university closed on saturday...
So today I give choclates for all my best "girl-friend" (I didn't have any girlfriend yet), but I save the largest choclate for the one I have a crush......
And I still confused, what I have to say for her?!? that's why I create this thread:oops:
I hope you broke those jokesters teeth in. Boy or girl. People who do that are usually trying to deflect judgement on themselves.
I got my first kiss on valentines day. A short dry affair but an affair none the less. Those were simpler times. I was eleven. Holding hands was scandalous and beer tasted like crap. Needles to say I don't miss those times.
Also the first girl I ever kissed is now preggers and married at 18, so I'm glad I got her outta my system early.
To all the hopeless romantics of the Org. Good luck tomorrow and remember if you don't bed your women you get your man card revoked. ~;)but not really~!!!!!!
@Strike for the south
And I will got a direct slap in my face, and slammed to jail if I was unfortunate and get the police charges me "Sexual Harrasment" instead:laugh4:......... I means the slower ways to tell the girl that I care for her................. and love her too....... and tommorow is the best moment.......
A headlong charge - with a kiss, before doing something else is nearly a suicide..... a very same way when you charge a cavalry unit headlong into phalanx formations.....:laugh4:
My first girlfriend dumped me on Valentine's Day a few years ago (My main regret is that it happened after I spent a lot of money... :laugh4: ). Thankfully subsequent ones have gone better. :clown:
Mrs. Zim and I are rather lacking in funds this year but we have some plans...
I can respect thatQuote:
lol, I do not bed my women (or my squirrels ). I am confident that the woman I marry will be worth waiting for, and hopefully appreciate that I found her so.
Asking a girl out for coffee gets you charged with harassment? I will never understand Europe.
@ Strike For The South...
The Kiss I mean.... I live in Indonesia..... South East Asia.... in Bandung.......
Oh that was my fault. I apologize. KISS is an acronym for Keep it Simple Stupid. Its not offensive here so don't take it the wrong way. I should learn to keep my slang out of here!
You can still as her out. Just be direct and confident. That transcends all cultures.
Yes, Vuk
YAY! I AM STILL A MAN! (And on Valentines day, what luck!)
:balloon::balloon::balloon::balloon::balloon:
No offence to any women out there, but being a man is great, you gotta try it some time!
:laugh4:Quote:
YAY! I AM STILL A MAN!
Cool, I get my words now.... thanks....
It's a capitalist money making sheme and if I had a girl she would be special all the time and not just one day a year...
Since I don't have a girl I can save some money either way. :2thumbsup:
I haven't received a Valentine since age 7, when Margaret Conway gave me one, and cried that I hadn't given her one (nobody had 'splained Val Day to me).
I have learned that the women I've been "with" (married, or girlfriend) expected something on Valentine's Day. A card, at minimum. I've forgotten a few times, and they've gotten a little pouty for a day or two - so I've learned to pay more attention.
Ms. K gets a nice card with her morning coffee, and a pajama-gram later, if the Post Office comes through.
Holy thrash Kukri! When did you resign as a mod? I had no idea. :P Did you get too busy?
though im jewish, in my school we do valentines day anyhow. the day is so removed from religion we (the kids at my school) think its ok to do.
i personally dont give out any pity chocolate. people may get the wrong idea. but i do give chocolate to the girls i liked. now that i have a gf, we just go on a date instead of chocolate.
tomorrow night were going to some fancy resturant.
lol, it is weird not to see you in green. :P I know how busy the Uni can keep you though. :P Good luck.
I hate this holiday. It's disgusting.
I agree. I have a sort of disdain for the holiday that creates the second highest revenue for holiday cards (behind Christmas). The flower companies get a boost for natures beauty harvested by greedy capitalists. It's the way of the world, though so I cannot blame the poor saps. It doesn't help that I have no one, though; could be a motivating factor for my less than optimistic attitude.
Happy Valentine's day, nonetheless.
Gah...
Well... I got 2 pity lolipops today and a pity balloon today :smash:
As far for my plan:
Since everyone is "busy" with their respective gfs... I plan to play a lot of videogames tomorrow, maybe watching a movie.
It's now like a tradition!
This should be the depressing thread.
I'd send you a box of chocolates, but by the time it arrives in Nippon they'd probably be melted anyway V_V
Three cheers to the coolest Japanese guy of the internets!
Hooray! Hooray! Hooray!
