The ETWMP .Org Steamgroup.

I'll bet you didn't know this but the .Org already has its own steam group dedicated to Empire Total War's Multiplayer Scene. I bet you'd also be surprised to know that 20 of your fellow .Orgahs have joined up with this group, dedicating themselves to ETWMP the moment the game hits!

The group is led by our own Tomisama, AM of the Multiplayer subforum for Empire and a heck of a nice guy. He's taken charge and with the help of other MPers he's really gotten the Multiplay forums ship shape in Bristol fashion for the release of ETW. If you're interested in ETWMP, then please check us out at the Steam Group!

Uh no offense and i'm not a mod, but shouldn't this go under the multiplayer section, as this group and steam has nothing to do with the single player?

I mean this is about the multiplayer scene.

I had that problem too years back. I had forgotten which email I had set up to send a "lost password" email to, eventually just got a new steamID with my gmail. :shame:

wow was my post deleted? or was i drunk when i thought i posted it O.o

If I can figure Steam out I will join. :P

CoH is also a group on Steam.

Last I looked they had only 9 members…

To all intending to buy Empire Total War and play as a single player, multiplayer, or both.

You will “all” need a Steam account to activate your game.

Why not get that now, and show your support for the Org, and your multiplayer brother members.

With the new multiplayer campaign added, who knows; this may be the game that you try, or retry multiplayer again?

It's saying "Account Creation Failed" when I'm trying to register on steam. Doesn't give a reason. Everything looks ok, maybe I'll give it a half hour and try again, then I will join the ETWMP .org steamgroup!

Wow, I didn't think we'd get such a great response, but just in one day we've gotten 13 new members to join up!

We now have 33 members in the .org's ETWMP group! This is one of the few groups that is not only dedicated to ETW, but was made with the main intention of MP behind it. Whatever MP that may be, multiplayer campaigns, Land battles or naval! If you haven't joined up then drop by the link up in the original post. We'd love to see you on future battlefields!

I quite excited really. I've played total war for quite a few years now. Apart from a few RTW games with one of mates i've never done MP before.

Altough I doubt I'll ever dip my toes into multiplayer, I am simply waaay to bad in such games, no matter how much I enjoy playing them. Oh well, see you in...Chat maybe ~:)

Wow, what a great couple days the ETW demo hit and more people are joining every day. We just hit the 50 member mark!

A few other points of interest on the Steam Network is the Code of Honor group, as well as Clan Community Shield's and the Clan Wars Competition's Steam groups. Let's help the TW MP community grow even stronger than it is now. :yes:

Oh, I almost forgot the official steam group of the game! Its not Multiplayer specific, but you should join all the same. Most of the news about ETW gets posted as announcements in this group.

You may turn multiplayer enthusiast when the MP campaign comes out, you never know!

We haven't blocked you! Make sure you're logged into your steam account before attempting to join. If you're working through the steam client and not on the web-page, try restarting the client
