Random Screen Requests

So there are a few screenshots going up now, but thought maybe somewhere to put a request of screenshots for those of us not getting the game on day one would be good.



Okay...to those of you who get the game soonish (aka before the 7th like me)

I would like to see a screenshot of the Choose the Faction Screen.

I always set it as my wall paper before I buy the game and it helps get me in the mood.

What resolution would you like?

This is a good idea. I'm happy to fufill any requests. My default res will be 1680x1050.

Graphics will be high. Any faction will be possible. :wink:

I'm gonig to be waaaay to into the game to provide screenshots for the first few days. After that though I can get some nice high-resolution Ultra shots.

For me like I said, Just the Choose a Faction screen.

Any faction is fine, preferably Austria is possible.

Interesting victory conditions, they essentially must take away England's colonies in the Americas. No surprise though, I forgot that the French and Indian wars happen during this time frame.

That is awesome, now if only I could get Austria and it could be in English, that would rock :2thumbsup:

I believe, if you look at the map there is a lower and upper louisana. If you recall the area Napolean sold during the Louisana purchase, was actually originally spainish land. So it could be controlled by spain in this time frame.

They actually get a fair bit more of Canada then I thought. It's pretty intriguing. What I don't get is why is the only thing they hold in france paris?

Shouldn't they hold some of the smaller provinces or something?

I guess the trade theatres arn't shown, but I'd think they'd also own something in the Carribean.

Hm I'm not that familiar with the history of Louisiana but I thought it should have been french in 1700

Maybe protectorates don't show up on the owning faction's selection screen? If you look at the selection screen for Britain here (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showt...=113093&page=4), it doesn't show them as controlling the 13 colonies. Probably the same for France with Louisiana, and though Florida does show up when selecting Spain...

As soon as I get into a battle, yes. It wont let me alt tab anymore.

Looks like they ditched the (semi) traditional faction select screen...I dunno how I feel about that scrolling method there...I prefered MTW1's list method, myself.

They have, but theres so much info, i dont know if a list could be done!
