Build Times

Ok, I have a question. I just installed the Region Mod 2.4. My problem is, it has increased my build times (I noticed this building a leather tanner or whatever). It used to take 2 turns, and now takes 3 or 4. Is there a single command to change the build times back to original?

Let me put this a different way. Has anyone created the export_building file to return the build times back to the original values that works with the region mod 2.4? I'd even settle for a chart or list of original build times so I can edit it myself.
