Marian reforms

I'm sorry for another topic about the Marian reforms but I have a small problem.
I have 4 possible reformers but when they turned consul all of them lost the popularis treat. Is it possible that they regain this treat? By building temples of Cerces of something because this realy sucks:furious3:

As long as they don't get Optimus, they should be able to regain Popularis.

Yeah, it would be pretty screwed up if a giant talking tractor trailer showed up and reformed the Roman Army to fight the Decepticons.
