chenge of reforms triggers?

Hi, this is just a quick technical question...

Did some of the reforms triggers change? for example, i got my new units as carthage a few years before i built 5 level 5 regional MICs... I had two of them in Mastia and Gader, and was building 3 more in Lepki Ippone and Bocchoris... But they were not nearly finished... And it was about 225 BC

So did the trigger change?

Don't think so. Would need to consult the SVN log (or diff the EBBS_script.txt from EB 1.1, which you have equal ability to do) to be sure.
