Army moves instead of Agent

Sometimes when I attempt to move an Agent out of a city, the city's entire army moves instead! I've tried clicking on another city, then on my original city, then on the Agent tab. This usually works, but it's annoying to have to do so.

There's a real bug in the GUI, losing track of the currently selected object(s). I can't seem to isolate it, but it leads to problems like this one. :rtwno:

Here's how you "solve" the problem until it's fixed : instead of using right clicks to move your agents around (esp. out of cities), drag and drop them from the unit tab onto the campaign map. Never brings an army instead.
