MTW campaign editor

I would like to use the campaign editor described in the modding repository:

However, the link contained in the repository post (quoted above -- why can't you use the Quote tool in the repository?!?) is outdated and the editor is no longer there.

Can somebody please provide a link to a known good download location for the editor, thank you.

If I'm not mistaken, the Repository is for archived posts, no longer kept in the forum database so it can't really be quoted within the forum code.

Due to the age of the post, it's likely that the hosting is no longer present. I've never heard of the tool before, I'd be curious to see what it can do. Hopefully someone around here remembers it.
