Zooming problem

yew, im sure this is just me being stupid but its kinda making the mod less fun than it should be. i cant zoom in and out on the battle map or the campaign map. ive looked through all gameplay options and video options but not found anyway to fix it. any help would be ace!

Have you tried your mousewheel? I think the alternative is + or - on the numberpad.

Just check F1 and look if there is a button for zooming.

Well, the keyboard shortcut is the "+" and "-" keys, but they do not work. I just had the same problem as I was on a trip for a week, and I could not bring my mouse along.

What you do is click "F1" and then select "FPS Style Controls" or something like that instead of the default "TW Style Controls". Then your zoom in/zoom out buttons will be he letter keys "R" and "F"

Tell me if you still cannot find how to do this, and I will explain in greater detail if necessary.

How about: Buy a mouse with a mouse wheel...they're hardly worth their weight in gold.

I'm assuming his on a laptop and he might be on a trip like AP, in which case it's very hard to get a decent mouse.

I've used a laptop without a mouse on occasion. For me hitting the( Function 0/P )keys always worked. That translates to be * and /. On a side note, zooming this way actually gives you more accuracy with the zoom.

Buy a mouse for your laptop...USB connection, sorted.
