question on building effect in edb file

I searched through the Scriptorium for info on RECRUITS_MORALE_BONUS to find out more on how it affects units, but I did not find anything.

I read Dol Guldur's guide and wondered if any testing has been done on it's affect on units.

Is there any research on this building effect? does it work?

I probably missed something in my search, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
