On having trouble with swimming and being haunted by the dead

On having trouble with swimming:

I've modified EB myself to play with BI.
Everything works fine except can_swim, which has no effect at all on the battle map but does show up on the unit cards.

I tried installing Ferromancer's BI-mod - in case I forgot anything -, but it stays the same.

Does anyone know why? And how can I overcome this little problem?


On being haunted by the dead:

In my Romani campaign I have encoutered 2 near-fatal CTD's occuring immediately after pressing End Turn. I found out why and I wanted to know if it was known bug.

The first time it occured, was when I wanted to let Byzantion rebel (it's not in the VC's for Rome).
the second time it happened when the client ruler of Massalia died, causing massive unrest I didn't immediately spot and causing Massalia to rebel.

Know as you may know, Byzantion rebels to the KH and Massalia to the Aedui.

Both the KH and the Aedui are destroyed in my campaign (though not by me).

A CTD occurs every time a region of mine wants to rebel of which a destroyed faction has the ownership.

Strangely enough, this does not seem to be the case for AI-regions that rebel!

As far as I know... No one (except me, AI never destroy KH completely), ever destroyed KH, because of something silly, their ships never land on Rhodos...

It's funny though... looking city after city rebelled to KH... They are the Real Hydra...:laugh4:

Upgrading your cities to your own culture should get you around.

Sorry for not having anything else to say on it - I never experienced such a CTD. Only once I got a peace treaty with a dead faction... Therefore I had a CTD mid-turn lately, just upon scrolling the campaign map. Strange...

Byzantion is not in Romaioi victory conditions?
