Missing barbarian watchtowers?

Hi. There seems to be a minor graphical glitch on the campaign map that's been bothering me for a while now. I've looked around a bit, but I haven't seen it discussed anywhere. The barbarian factions, i.e., Lusotannan, Aedui, Arveni, Casse, Sweboz, and Getai, as well as the Sauromatae and Saka, can't seem to build watchtowers. Well, they can, but the map never shows anything more than the foundation. A white splotch with some rocks. The same problem also occurs with the Eleutheroi, but for some reason with them, if I reload the autosave right after the AI builds it, sometimes the tower shows up(with the same tower as the Roman/Greek towers). I'm not sure if the barbarian factions have their own graphics for the campaign map watchtowers. If they do, is there a simple way to fix it, and, failing that, is there a way to just have them build the Roman/Greek ones?

They're not missing,they look like that because that's the what the barbarian watchtowers basicly looked like.

Now I'm curious as to why the Eleutheroi towers sometimes switch, but I guess that's not really important.
