I love how those nutrition boxes on the side of cereal packets are based on such tiny portions, who are they trying to kid? I would have a bowl at least twice the size they try to claim a normal serving is, do they think we eat cereal from an egg cup or something?
A real breakfast involving not only food for me.... That involve running while still eat something because I was too late for a lecture...:laugh4:

Reminds me of that Pokemon cereal we had here. IIRC it ended up on Panorama or some such show because the "pokemon shapes" didn't resemble the actual pokemon at all.
Still tasted nice though.

Wow, you guys are weird. I like tasteless corn flakes. The other cereal brands have too little in each package, (Corn Pops) taste absolutely horrible (Any of the chocolate ones) colour my milk into a disgusting colour (Chocolate ones, and other flavoured ones) or too sugary (Frosted Flakes)
Weet-bix for me, it's the perfect breakfast to start the day. Those sugary cerals leave you feeling hungry again after about an hour.
I eat scrambled eggs with cheese and a side of fried toast for breakfast. WAY better than cereal.
