Dual Wielding Weapons

The golden band from BI carries both a sword and an axe and by the looks of his unit card he should be able to use both simultaneously. However, he only uses the sword, and the axe just hangs from his hip like a decoration. Is there a skeleton that allows characters to dual wield weapons? If there is nothing like this it would be awesome if some modder whom has a talent for skeletons would make something like that.:inquisitive:

There is no skeleton in the game that allows the character to use two weapons. Someone would have to create one, as you suggested.
