Modding faction

Hi, i wanted to try playing as syracuse, but im having trouble with modding it, so id like to try something easier first, like trying with athens

how can i change a faction name? and, give rodos and sparta to the rebels?

also, i'd like to remove the spartan type 1 government if possible

is it really complicated to do it? or can i just swap something in the file?

I believe Hax is working on Syrakousai as a playable faction. I'd wait for the patch if I were you, or your work will be too tough and unfinished.
