E:TW dissapeared from my STEAM list?!?!?!?!?!?!?

so today, i went to go play E:TW. i clicked on the icon in the start menu. no go. so i opened up steam, went to my games, and nothing was there. i tried to re-register it with the key, but it said i already used it. so, now i have a $50 game i am unable to even open.

WTF happened!!?!?!?!? i didnt download anything, i dont know how to fix this BS, and I am soooo pissed.

two steps:

1. delete everything but the steam.exe and the steamapps folder in your steam folder, click steam.exe and wait for it to download all the necessary files (for the steam client) again, log in and see whether the game is in the games list again, if not, proceed with step 2.

2. contact the Steam support
