How many campaigns have you completed?
I'm curious, how many campaigns has everyone completed, and with which factions? I'm fairly new to EB, although I've been playing Extended Greek Mod for close to a year, so I've only completed Epeiros, Koinon Hellenon, Aedui, and Casse. Currently playing Lusotann, which I have to say is significantly more of a challenge than I expected.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
1,5^^ one with the sweboz and in my first KH campaign I just neglected conquering the Victory condition cities near the nile and emporion, so I conquerd whole of gaul and Seleukid lands until Persepolis :D.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Completed one with Rome (Julii) in the vanilla.
Almost completed one with Carthage in RTR.
i hope i will finish my current Baktrian campaign with EB 1.2.
It's hard to complete one campaign: when my empire become too strong i tend to leave.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
I put one because I'm about to finish my Arche Seleukia campaign. Just need to take the Greek provinces and India as well as destroy pesky Pahlava. They keep retreating into the steppe...
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
0.8 Makedonia and Pahlava.
1.0 Epeiros and Pahlava
1.1 Ptolemaioi and Saka
1.2 Baktria and ongoing Pahlava
I gave up a 1.2 Romaioi campaign after reaching Marian reform (too stinkin' rich) and a 1.1 Getai campaign (facing overpowered Lusos in the west and a Pahlava monster in Anatolia).

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
3 for me.
-Koinon Hellenon 187 BC
-Kart-Hadast 199 BC
-Sweboz 201 BC (i couldn“t wait for the reforms):wall:
Now trying Getai
All of theese with 1.2.....

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Haven't been playing EB for all that long, played Romani M/M and realised after a while that it was too easy to be worth completing.
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Only 3 campaign completed... Aedui, Ptolemy, and Karthadast
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
None yet, although I'm close with Carthage and getting there with Pontos and Epeiros. Carthage is too easy so I've mostly abandoned it, I attained the southern half of Italy through diplomacy and control all of Iberia and northwest Africa so all that's really left is crushing the Romans at my leisure.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
I have never truly completed the campaign for any faction. I just play until I get bored, so far that has been the case with about 5 factions... Baktria - took a long time to get bored, but fighting an endless Selucid empire can do it, I still have a good save that I can return too. Makedonia - I created a huge Empire, but I almost never lost a battle... I no longer have the save. Epiros - incomplete campaign that was just awesome. I will start playing again soon, although I like starting empires, not finishing with them... KH - I don't think I ever lost a battle with this faction. I became rich, and I overwhelmed everyone within a very short period of time. Saba - tough campaign. Every battle was against extreme odds. It did not get boring in the conventional "too easy" sense, but this campaign needs patience. I lost the save when i bought a new computer.
I don't think that I will ever complete a campaign's victory conditions as I have a house rule about not destroying factions, and I get bored once I have turned a weak power into a superpower.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Zero, nothing, nichts, nadda-yadda. Yep, you heard it right. I just lack the motivation, plus I'm a turtler RPer and then it just happened that a new version always came out.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Who's the champion that finished 10 campaigns?
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
1.0: Arche seleukeia.
afterwards I didn't really play much in the way of campaigns on EB. in fact I finished more campaigns on IBFD (2) and RTW vanilla (2) than EB.
I find custom battles more interesting; especially since I get to see the units for their aesthetics:clown:

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Where's the 0 option?
I chop and choose too often to complete a full campaign.
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Doesn't sure.... but at least I was sure that I was completed Saka, KH, Sweboz, Baktria, Karthadast, Romani, Makedon, Aedui, Avernii, Casse, Ptolies, Pontos, and Sauro... I have tons of spare time... :2thumbsup:
EDIT:
Whatt!?! nobody surpass me?!?... oh..... sorry, if this count in any campaign without involving mass-cheating... that only count Saka, KH, Sauro, and Baktria...:wall:

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
I lose interest or forget to play after awhile. when i come back i don't feel the attachment to the campaign i once did, forgot what was happening, and start a new one.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Only Seleucids in vanilla, actually, conquered the whole map with them :)

Me too in my last Roman Campaign. Then I did a Sweboz one that was almost finished (plus sitting on all the British Isles, Gaul, N Spain and the Carthaginian homelands) when a CTD occured and the game became unopenable.
Just started as Rome again.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Voted 1, with Karthadast. It became boring when I had to battle the Greeks, and so I just landed in Phoinike although it wasn't the best decision strategy-wise and obtained the victory conditions.
I forgot though that I have the VCs long complete in my current Makedonian campaign, but I haven't finished yet.

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
None. Never achieved VC's.
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Almost completed an Arverni Campaign back in December.
Hope to conclude my Sweboz one in the future.

This is something else I have been meaning to ask someone. What is the point behind the common "house rule" against destroying people? I don't get it:inquisitive:

Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
I like to destroy factions, the stupid AI keeps attacking = I destroy the faction with glee. But then again my favoritre factions are Sweboz and Rome, neither were very restrained in destructive power.
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
too many but do you mean just EB?
I mostly never played except Pahlava in EB.
but for RTW, BI, other mods....
it can pass 20
so you should add more than 20 or ask like "How many campaigns have you completed in EB?
-
Re: How many campaigns have you completed?
Three!
COnquered a load with Makedonia, almost the world, reached VC.
Conquered the world with Epeiros and Rome.
I am invincible as Pontos and Arverni, but both almost reach VC's.

It adds to the variety of enemies, I believe. Plus, there are is always the option of renaming/recolouring a faction and moving it elsewhere, thus "creating" a new faction. Not to mention it's nice to see a multi-coloured and ever changing campaign minimap.
