Hey All,
Playing as Epeiros I concurred Serdike, and thought I built all required buildings, but I can't recruit them, it's weird:inquisitive:
The recruitment-viewer says I need the same conditions for Agrianians as for the rhomphairoi, but I can recruit the former, but not the latter.

As Epeiros I think you need the regional barracks, not the factional. So that's government type IV and lvl 5 regional MIC.

Yes, that would be regional MIC lvl5 IIRC. Oh, and a lvl3 or lvl4 government building. I suggest a lvl4, as the lvl3 gives some hapiness penalties I believe.

Lvl 4, lvl 3 can't build lvl 5 regional barracks.:yes:
As Epeiros you can get them in Tylis with only a level 4 regional.

It isnt in this case, in the screenshot you selected type of MIC: ALL , so that means factional and regional.:sweatdrop:
People say the RV is outdated, but I have not experienced that.

Weird, the RV I have doesn't show Serdike like that. It has the Agrianians as the only factional troops available and no unit cards.
His is probably for some reason linking to an outdated EDB, as AFAIK the RV works by parsing that file...
Speaking of which is the Agrianian Assault Infantry any good? Ive never recruited them in my Mak or Epeiros campaign. It says in the description that they are fast but it doesnt say anything under their attributes about them being "fast moving". The axe as a primary looks interesting though.
There's only so much room in that part of the UI screen you know.
They are great, they are awesome flankers that can eat up phalanxes and other infanty from behind, they can throw javelins and I think their axes are AP.Quote:

Yep, the Agrianians are great all-purpose troops. They can hold the battle line if need be, but they're best at flanking, as they're very fast and it takes a LONG time for them to tire out. Very good on walls, too. I always make sure to include a pair with my Epeirot armies.

I think a new EB Recruitment Viewer is in order...

I didn't ask why you said a new RV is in order, but what made you think that a new RV was in order. In other words, are you sure that a new RV is underway, cause AFAIK all we have ATM is the RV in compliance with EB 1.1.Quote:
