Going on a similar thread at the TWC, it seems this was faked, and his family has released other similar videos.
If it is fake, that kid is one good actor, he sure knows how to spasm on demand.
Obvious fake, but fun nonetheless.
Having played WoW for 2 years and a half, I doubt I ever met someone who would go nearly as far. But then, I heard about people killing themselves over special Everquest items.
