Removing the permanent flood penalties ?
Hello, I have a little problem with my game.
It seems that, once a province has got a flood disaster, the penalties associated with this disaster (no watchtower or fort being able to be built, movement of units severely reduced) never goes away, even long after the flood is gone.
So okay, I modded flood out of the game. But I still have a problem : how can I remove the effect from provinces who took a flood in the past ? Is there a console command for that ?
Thanks in advance.
Edit : damn, I'm an idiot. This was supposed to be in the MTW2 forum, not the ETW... Please delete :x

I can't delete but I can send it there!:idea2:
Boom!
:laugh4:
Re: Removing the permanent flood penalties ?
Mate, you oughta sent it to the bin, now I had to bin the other one
If you modded flood out of the game and there are still provinces with flooding, it means that you didn't start a new game and your modded changes won't take effect until your next new game (provided you also remembered to deleted your rwm file after modding, which you must for changes to take effect at all).
So to remove flooding penalties from a previously flooded region, it must be hit by yet another disaster. Sad but true.

Yep, I realized the bug existed quite late in my game, and I'd like to finish it first ^^

Well, at least there IS a way.
Is there a console command to launch a disaster at a specific location ?
