She does constantly refuse it and renews a version of 2008 again :help:

1-You use trivial script
2-you put EDU in EB data folder
3-Trivial script overwrites your EDU

so avoid this just copy your EDU in SP EDU backup folder not EB data.
when you start trivial script it replaces EDU in that folder into EB data.
it is same with descr_character files you have to put it in SP EDU backup folder as well.

To clarify: the Trivial Script does "things that way" because it enables you to have both 450+ units in the campaign map *and* have a multiplayer setup which still makes some sense (the Trivial Script simply copies over a multiplayer version when you choose to play multiplayer instead).
