Login Timing Out?

I've been getting logged out most of the time when I post lately. I hit the "Preview Post" button or the "Submit" button and I'm suddenly asked to log in again. When I do, I'm stuck at a blank screen and "refresh" does nothing. If I post very quickly I don't usually have the problem, but I'm afraid I think at the speed of chilled molasses, so...

I've begun copying completed posts to the clipboard to save them from being lost, but this is a pain, and I don't always remember.

Occasionally I get logged out when I'm not posting; it happens sometimes when I've been inactive for a while and then click on a link or thread. I have the "Remember me" box checked, BTW.

This began happening about the time the .org was down, but I'm not sure how closely the two coincided.

Any idea what's going on?

I haven't experienced that problem. Maybe something wrong with the cookie stored in your browser? Trying deleting the cookies and see if the problem persists.

Thanks, that must have been it - everything seems to be OK now. Deleting cookies was the first thing I tried, but I'd forgotten my org cookies are handled a bit differently, and I doubt I'd have remembered at all if you hadn't suggested it.
