Mercenary Ships

Is it possible to have mercenary fleets available on RTW?

I do not believe so, certainly not like in M2TW.

Like previous poster said: mercenary ships a la M2TW style can not be done in RTW.

However, you can crreate cheap 0-turn build time ship unit that you can recruit in any settlement that borders the sea.

I was really looking for mercenary à la M2TW lol
