Colour Errors & Black errors on Battlemap Buildings

Hey all,

I'm have a bit of a problem with a building, these problems only started occuring now(NOT with previous buildings of mine), and I'm wondering if anyone experienced this before, and can help me out.

Ok this is the story:

I have modelled a building,
-textured it,
-UV-Mapped it
-made a cas file
-made an item file

And put it ingame.

Now the problem is this, when I load the .cas file in 3dsmax it shows this:

Nothing wrong hey?

When I load the building Ingame with the EXACT SAME .CAS and .ITEM and .TGA.DDS files it shows this:

As you can see some of the middle elements have strange colours I never gave them, and the surroundings of the stadium are Black

Sorry for the large images (don't mind the red circles they mean nothing)

Any idea's people?
I've tried:

-Resetting the Scene Root
-Giving the Scene Root a new color
-Reloading the texture
-Reloading the cas AND item files

None of this helped.
