Which way does it point?

Alright, this might seem like nonsense, but I can assure you that this is an issue I'm genuinely interested in...

You see, I have a friend who studies radiology, which is CT-scans and such. Now, she and her classmates were taken on a tour of the hospital by a doctor, and while they were in a room with some scans hanging on the wall, the doctor said "...and here we have a classic case of PTV"(would be PTTL in english). None of the students understood what he meant, before he explained that it meant "Penis To The Left", which, apparently, was extremely common.

However... I have a case of PTTR.... Does this make me a freak?? Am I alone with this condition, or are there others like me here??

More like a mullet we joke at times, common it got lumps and it isn't a camel I am not nearly that strange. Do I need to remind that some people here love camels.
