The Generals caught with his pants down!
Well, I just think about this feature of M2TW... if you clean up the routers, you got more prisoners yes? Now I think about their "price" of ransom... maybe we should get the price higher than M2TW, so protecting FMs will become more important, and getting enemy FM will give you a generous ammount of money.
Also, if the ransom value could be tied with certain points, such as command, management, influence, or loyalty, we can emphasize that highly developed FM will cost more than low developed FM, for an example, 7 star, 8 management, 5 influence FM will cost 20000 minai to relase, but 1 star 2 management, 1 influence FM will cost 4000 minai only. What do you think?
Re: The Generals caught with his pants down!
Figure out how to mod it?
Re: The Generals caught with his pants down!
btw is there Influence in EB2? as in M2TW they use Loyality, belief, Fear/Chivaly and Command IIRC, I think they had Management in the Brittania Campaign. is there a semi official statement on what will be used in EB2?
Re: The Generals caught with his pants down!
will the prisoner taking actually be enabled during routs? i kind of missed that feature in RTW
Re: The Generals caught with his pants down!
Prisoner taking is annoying i just want to ride them down and be off with them, but now I have a choice to make at the end. its too complicated for me. Just kill them and be done with it. but then I become a 'bad' person with dread traits. sigh.....
Re: The Generals caught with his pants down!
I miss the "slaughter prisoners" button in original MTW, I loved how in the epically big, long, massive battles that would happen in the later stages of the game could take hours and go back and forth across the whole map. If it looked like you were going to lose, you could execute your prisoners just in case to ensure they wouldn't be freed. If only it were possible to have battles of that magnitude on RTW or MTWII.
