Problem enabling the battlemap editor.

I have the 1.3 version and it's not unpacked. I tought I make battlemap or few but I couldnt enable it for the game. I got it enabled on my mod (sethian) but it closes when I start to run it because I havent unpacked the files to mod folder. (I have no space for them atm). It just doesnt come under the options. Anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong? (I think I have enabled it when the game came out but I passed it as "too time consuming" and reinstalled it later.)
