( sorry if it is hard to read, but green & pink were the easiest to read colours, and green is more christmassy, I wanted to capture some atmosphere on this one :wink: )




Rules:


-The Lynch System Is Unique, each player is assigned 5 points, they can distribute there points against players however they like, 'i.e: vote: 3 points tosainu ; 2 points ser clegane Make sure each person you vote for is separated from another with a ';' or ',', also make sure that the total amount of points you use adds up to 5.
-When choosing how to use your points against players, you cannot use decimal points, i.e. 2.2 points is not allowed against someone, 1,2,3,4,5 are the usable values.
-You can still vote for one person, two, three, four or five, its up to you how you play, the player with the most points against them by the end of the round will be lynched (have there quarters searched)
-24 hour phases
-You must be active, I'm only having a few players so all must be on the ball
-no night time, a lynching game only
-Out of thread communication is allowed, role revealing & screen shots aren't however.
-Mostly everything else is familiar, nothing to complex (unlike the Neverwinter game I did that was so complex I forgot what I was doing... :laugh4: )

Thanks for playing! that goes to all 6 of you by the way, hopefully this will start and finish before Christmas at this pace (a game based on christmas eve finishing on boxing day would be BAD :laugh4:)

Provided all players do just that, play & stay active, then certainly :yes:

It's late where I am & I have school plus replacements would be nice just in case, I will start this tomorrow most likely, as it needs very little preparation.

Even though the 7 players are in place, people willing to stand in as replacements are more than welcome, it would help ensure this is a success :2thumbsup:

OK, seeing as phases should be 24 hours long, I need to start at a suitable time, so 7pm sounds good for me :yes: (baring in mine i'm in the UK, so like just under 2 hours) Can't wait to start the engine on this game :smash:

Soon everyone got in line after the initial shock that all there hard work had gone to waste, and choosing who's quarters to search was essential, too quick and errors will be made, to slow & Christmas will be ruined.

Santa boosted spirits and the voting begun! Not even Santa himself was truly safe as it was agreed even his quarters could be searched, something the evil scrooge elf knew only too well. Each Elf began to give there input and there vote points were already allocated in there minds, but who would be given the first sign of distrust & who would have there quarters searched?

Question: When I vote, do I have to assign all 5 points somewhere or can I assign 1 point now and four later? Also do we have to use all 5 points? Can we use less if we want to?

1: Yes you can assign one point now, however all 5 points should be assigned by the end of the round.
2: I'd prefer all 5 were used, but If you were to use 2 I guess there's not much I could do about it... :laugh4: Assigning all 5 is what I want all players to do, really.

Thankee kindly good sir, I "borrowed" my sisters netbook so I have internet access for a while. I came here last night hoping a mini-mafia was just about to start as I didn't want to join a bigger game in case I'm off-line again soon. Perhaps if everybody copy-pasted the tally then added +1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 in bolded brackets after the person they vote for it would make your life easier.

basically centurion, your doing most of it right, what you should do is actually apply the changings i.e:

3 points + 2

= 5 points, dont keep it at 3
