AI Cavalry Recruitment

Is there something I can mod to balance out what units the AI recruits? I've noticed, in several campaigns now, that the AI is recruiting obscene amounts of cavalry. When fuller stacks start rolling out, they'll have, if any and at most, four infantry units of some kind; but without fail, they have six to eight cavalry regiments minimum. Virtually every army I fight past turn five is almost exclusively cavalry, and it's more than irritating me.
