Citidel TW Relaunch - Keep this mod alive!!!

We must keep this mod alive...and I'm willing to fill in a spot for a campaign developer. We can even base this mod in the TWC Forums, and recruit more people for the team! I was excited to see this mod completed but I want this active again. If you want to back this idea or help in the mod, any suggestions post it here! :beam::sweatdrop:
