New comp and problems

Ok so I have a new computer and I downloaded rtw. Well I started it to test out how fast my comp is and rtw started to go, then something keeps popping up saying "Rome Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit". Well I looked through the properties and stuff and nothing happened. And I just want to make sure rtw works before I put EB on. So I need some help to fix the "unspecified error".:help:

Probably downloaded bad torrent/whatever.

The game is only about €5 now, just order it online and your done.

€10 for gold edition, or did you purchase it over steam?

I bought it at a shop. And its gold edition.

You should contact support for RTW, not EB.
