Force_diplomacy

I am trying to bribe william wallace (playing Stainless Steel 6.2).
i have over 2 million florins, and the best diplomat that can exist.
He still rejects. how can i enable the force_diplomacy cheat, in order for him to accept the bribe?
i have already tried entering "force_diplomacy" in the console, did not work

This command doesn't work.

You need script if you want it to work. Not sure from where you can get it for M2TW though.

any1 knows where and what do i have to script in order to facilitate the bribing against rebels?
