Would anyone be interested in a multiplayer Italic game like Splits or GH's

As title says....

Im really liking the Italics games that GH started and that spawned Splits one....

So I was thinking haha and this might be over kill, but perhaps I could host a multiplayer one... Where each of you will control your own character via PM, with a public write up lol...

I have a theme in mind but Im not about to reveal it lol.

There's not really a formal queue for this genre of game (at least not yet), but pevergreen's been wanting to host one for a while now and gauging interest (check the other thread). I strongly suggest collaborating with him.

Lol yeah... Although my idea was to make it more individual, but still as open ended as the originals.

Even though you probably want to be individual, I think it a much better idea to do one with pevergree, with you both narrating, but both having a good idea of what you want to do (so one doesn't contradict the other) :bow:

Alternatively, stildawn you could host one on the twc, I know your active there and it could go down well. You may want to credit GH for idea etc though. :egypt:

That is a good idea... Do you reckon theres interest enough in TWC?

Honestly your game sounds more like a battle royale, or a dark falls game.

I'd be very interested as to how you would pull it off... Perhaps you could do a limited game, like a left 4 dead type game where four people control four characters as they progress through a level?

Well my idea was to use google maps, of a small town.... And leave it open ended like the current games where you can go and do whatever you like... I would use like a simple 50-50 type roll to determine if you suceed in any events (with modifiers on what you say/have etc)

Players would be limited, no more than 10, possible not even that much... I would just control the enviroment/NPC myself acting as fairly as possible to your actions etc but using my judgement etc etc.

So now where near as many rules/systems as say ATPG RE game lol.

I'm not sure.

TWC easily has thrice the traffic of people than the org, which means more potential players however, games in the coliseum do only get moderate amount of players there.

I think you would get enough fairly easily, with some well place advertisement (not public advertisement or it will be deleted usually)

Looks basically like Darkfalls, but without the Combat-system. In the description.
