so i'm well into my Pahlava campaign... whenever i go into battle the loadscreen with the bar appears and then the game just crashes :no::no::no:... It's been 15 times this has happened already and i have already set the video performance to "speed" (though it didn't have any problems running on "medium" adjustments one week ago)
any idea abt what is wrong and how i could fix it ??? :help:
Ok, it might be a dumb question, so sorry if it is.... but have you got all the fixes installed? I got CTDs every time I fought Greek factions due to the sprites being missing, if it's not that then you need a wiser mind than mine... :book:
I get this quite often past 200bc usuallywithagainst Carthage. I like to suspect the diversity of the armies involved but then again I've had this happen fighting all-freed-slave army somewhere in Africa and there was no pre-battle crash on second attempt at loading the battle.
You can always post validation batch thingy that comes with EB to verify if you have missing sprites. I truly doubt it. You can also start EB again and attack the same army again just to see if it crashes. If it does not crash then the problem is not missing sprite. Then you have same problem as mine and sadly I don't know how to fix it other than reload/restart EB.
