If you're asking if the bonuses associated with law, happiness and health can be changed then no they can't. If you're asking if the bonuses that a building gives can be altered then yes they can.

Yeah, our map is "Long" and that way, to reduce the potential uprising risks (we allready had religion to stir enough unrest), we plan to give massive bonus on Hapiness, Law, and Health in some certain Buildings... we just want to ask, is there was such cap to maximum hapiness, law, and health bonus? Thanks... :beam:
Don't think so. But just use massive bonuses on Law to prevent frequest uprisings. Careful with Happiness and Health as they also boost population growth. Farm bonus also does the same.
Hmm hapiness = boost population? should we add negative population counter too? (NOTE : CW plan to made almost all cities are either large or huge, so recruitment hindrance is hopefully not present)
Just too confirm.... not yet found the maximum bonus cap... and I allready got ridiculous 400% public order on law alone..... good..... now back to coding the EDB plan... :thumbsup:
